Diagnosis by Dr. Williams
Nov. 22, 1881.
Says she has had sore eyes for twelve years. Lids still rough and cartiledges somewhat incurrated from trachomytous degeneration. Diffused haziness of cornea in both eyes with slight prominence of the same. Cloudiness seems to be mostly confined to the epithelial layer and probably susceptible of considerable improvement.
From a ledger of student enrollment: Pupil Register #2, 1832-1894
